Portraits
Reflection:
The first image is different than an ID photo. It's different because he's actually showing a unique expression rather than just smiling like almost everyone does.
In the first image I used a light shining down from the top left in order to cast a shadow near the bottom right corner. In the second image I used a light on the right side of Jack to have a small shadow cast on his face and have his shadow behind him on the left. In the third image I used a light at the top left so that a shadow was casted behind Jack's back.
In the second image the feeling I was going for was that Jack thinking he may be watched be his shadow, like his other dark personality type of photo.
To soften the mood I could lighten or soften the background so that it could give off an airy-type of mood.
Double-Exposure
Reflections:
I chose these images because the windowsill is calm and has cool colors, and Jack's portrait has a white background that seems to make it gradually blend together.
I wanted a sense of light-airiness that could easily morph and blend into each other.
The lighting of the photos and the whites were successful because it gives off a light-airy feel to it.
I would've touched up some of the windowsill because there are a few spots where there are some spots that should be white with the rest of the window.

Reflections:
Do you feel the images are successful?
How did you bring your viewer the emotional attachment you have to the subject?
If you were someone's favorite person, how would you want to be photographed?
